Built to be worn — and backed accordingly.
Every Mercier is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials, workmanship, and movement, from the original date of purchase. Each case is individually serial-numbered, so your piece is tied to its record for service and authenticity.
What's covered
- Automatic movement defects under normal use
- Manufacturing faults in the case, dial, hands, and crystal
- Factory defects in the bracelet, clasp, or supplied strap
What's not covered
- Normal wear — strap aging, hairline scratches, and patina
- Water damage from exceeding the 10 ATM rating or operating the crown underwater
- Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized service
- Theft, loss, or damage in transit after delivery (see Shipping)
How to make a claim
Email us at hello@mercierprototype.com with your order number and the serial number engraved between the lugs. We'll guide you through inspection, repair, or replacement.
This warranty gives you specific rights; you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
