Communications Terms
These terms apply when you sign up for emails from Mercier Prototype Watch Co. — whether through the Inner Circle form, a signup popup, or an opt-in at checkout. Together with our Privacy Policy, they explain what we send, how consent works, and how to stop hearing from us at any time.
What you’ll receive
- New releases and limited, serial-numbered production runs — announced to the list before the public
- Pre-order windows, reservation openings, and shipping milestones
- Occasional offers, and stories from the bench via our Journal
We keep volume low by design. No noise, just the watches.
Your consent
By submitting your email address you consent to receive recurring marketing emails from Mercier Prototype at the address you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase — you can buy from us without ever joining the list. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to subscribe.
You can withdraw consent at any time; see Unsubscribing below. Withdrawing consent will not affect any order you have placed.
Transactional messages
Order confirmations, payment receipts, deposit and balance notices, shipping updates, and responses to your inquiries are service messages, not marketing. We send them whenever you transact with us, even if you never subscribe or later unsubscribe from marketing.
Unsubscribing
- Click the unsubscribe link in the footer of any marketing email — it takes effect immediately or within a few days at most
- Or email Devin@mercierprototype.com with the word “unsubscribe” and we’ll remove you promptly
Unsubscribing stops marketing email only; you’ll still receive transactional messages tied to your orders.
Your information
We collect your email address (and name, if you provide one) solely to deliver the communications described above. Our email platform, Klaviyo, processes this data on our behalf. We never sell or rent your email address. Full details, including your rights over your data, are in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this page, and material changes will be noted in the next email we send. Continuing to stay subscribed after a change means you accept the updated terms.
