Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of mercierprototype.com and any order you place through it. The site is operated by Mercier Prototype Watch Co LLC, Kalispell, Montana. By using the site or ordering, you accept these terms. Last updated 22 August 2026.
Orders and pre-orders
- Manx is sold as a pre-order. Orders placed now are scheduled to ship October 31, 2026. If that date moves, we will email you with the new date and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before your watch ships.
- Every piece is individually numbered and produced in a capped run, so quantities are limited.
- An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error — and we will refund you in full if we do.
- Checkout is hosted by Shopify. Prices are in US dollars, shipping within the United States is free, and applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.
Returns, exchanges and warranty
Return any watch within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in new and unworn condition with its box and numbered papers. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and there is no restocking fee. Full detail is on our Return Policy page.
Every Mercier carries a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects, set out on the Warranty page. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or work done by an unauthorised watchmaker.
Product descriptions and imagery
We publish our specifications openly, including the movement. We work hard to describe and photograph each piece accurately, but screens vary and finishes catch light differently — small differences between a photograph and the watch on your wrist are not a defect. If a listing contains an error, we will correct it and honour the remedy above.
Reviews you submit
Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you own or have handled. By submitting a review and any photographs you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and display them on this site and in our marketing, credited by first name and last initial. We verify reviews before publishing and may decline or remove ones we cannot verify or that contain unlawful or abusive content. We do not edit a review's substance in exchange for anything, and we do not pay for reviews.
Using the site
The text, photography, logo and design on this site belong to Mercier Prototype Watch Co LLC. You may not copy, scrape, resell or use them commercially without written permission. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its forms, or its underlying services.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability we cannot limit by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
