Returns & Exchanges
Wear it, live with it, decide.
If a Manx isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. We want the watch on your wrist because you love it, not because you felt rushed.
How it works
- Email hello@mercierprototype.com with your order number to start a return
- Send the watch back unworn and in like-new condition, with its box and numbered papers
- Once inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method
Exchanges
Want the other dial? We're happy to swap Noir ↔ Blanc, subject to availability, just mention it when you reach out.
Orders
Ordered a piece from a production run? You can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund, see Shipping for current timing.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned watch. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
