Returns & Exchanges

Return any Manx within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange — for any reason, whether it arrived defective or simply isn't right for you. We want the watch on your wrist because you love it, not because you felt rushed. We ship and accept returns within the United States.

How it works

• Email Devin@mercierprototype.com with your order number to start a return
• Send the watch back in new, unworn condition with its box and numbered papers — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
• Once inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 10 days, with no restocking fee

Ordered a piece from a production run? You can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund, see Shipping for current timing.

Conditions

• Returns must be authorized before shipping — email us for a return authorization and instructions; unauthorized or unannounced returns may be refused
• The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and undamaged, in original condition with its box, numbered papers, protective films, and all accessories
• Watches returned worn, damaged, resized, or missing components may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount reflecting the loss in value
• Use a trackable, insured shipping method — you are responsible for the watch until it reaches us, and returns lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
• A valid order number is required, and the 30-day window runs from the delivery date
• Engraved, personalized, or custom-configured pieces and final-sale items are not returnable, except where required by law
• After 30 days, manufacturing defects are covered under our Warranty, not this return policy
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of abuse of this policy or that do not match the item originally shipped
