Terms in plain English.
- Commission rate. 20% of the discounted order subtotal (excludes shipping and taxes). Refunded or charged-back orders are deducted.
- Customer discount. 20% off the entire store, sitewide, no product exclusions. Cannot stack with other active promotions.
- Attribution. Sales are credited when a customer enters your discount code at checkout, or lands via your unique link and completes the purchase in the same session.
- Payouts. Monthly by PayPal, sent on the 1st of the following month. No minimum balance required.
- Reservations. The $200 refundable reservation deposit does not generate commission until it converts to a full purchase. Full-price and full-conversion orders both qualify.
- Ethics. No incentivized fake reviews, no unauthorized paid search on our brand terms, no coupon-code aggregator sites, no misleading product claims. FTC disclosure ("#ad" or equivalent) is required on all promotional content.

- Termination. Either party can end the partnership at any time. Earned, non-refunded commissions are always paid out.
